Dean is a highly experienced Engineer and has spent over 20 years in the Automotive industry. Trained in Mechanical and Production Engineering at the Ford Motor Company, Dean has held senior Technical, Engineering and Strategic positions across the globe including with diversified technology and multi industrial leader, Johnson Controls.

Dean has extensive experience developing and building businesses from conception to full production and also turning around underperforming operations returning them to full profit.

He has built and led global teams through multiple New Product Development, New Product Innovation, New Plant Launch and Continuous Improvement programmes, including off and on shored activities.
