Steve has been driving strategic change and Lean implementation for over 30 years, setting up Jigsaw Business Improvement Services in 2009. With a background in the automotive, manufacturing, engineering, transport and renewable energy sectors, he has delivered major change initiatives across Europe, North America and the Far East improving performance and bottom-line return.

Having formally trained and undertaken a mentorship with a Toyota Sensei, Steve is a strategic thinker with a natural problem-solving ability. He has both the skills and experience to have genuine insight and advise clients of the most appropriate solution to their challenge.

A car and motorsport enthusiast, Steve will ensure he gets maximum performance from the team and back up resources using the latest tools and technologies.
