With over 15 years of hands-on technical and engineering experience, Greg currently serves as Lead Technician at Jigsaw Sustainable Solutions, where he oversees the maintenance, diagnostics, and optimisation of residential and commercial solar energy systems across the UK and Channel Islands. In this role, he lead’s field teams, ensures compliance with industry standards, and maintains a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Previously, as a Service Technician, he specialised in diagnosing and repairing a broad range of solar technologies, providing responsive and reliable support nationwide. Greg’s experience also includes over 13 years as a Machine Operator at Coveris UK, where he gained deep expertise in industrial operations, process monitoring, and machinery maintenance.

He brings a practical, solution-oriented mindset, a strong understanding of technical systems, and a proven ability to lead and deliver in dynamic environments.
