PROGRAM MANAGER – INTERIM

We’re looking for a Program Manager to join our Client on a 12-18 month contract basis! If you have organisational skills, strategic thinking, and enjoy finding effective solutions, then this role could be of interest to you
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects and ensuring their successful execution. Your role will include coordinating teams, monitoring deadlines and budgets, and acting as the main point of contact between the customer and production.
Responsibilities:
- Management and coordination of a multidisciplinary program team.
- Responsibility for the successful launch of the program throughout its entire lifecycle.
- Coordination of the Product Realization Process (PRP), including its validation.
- Managing technical changes (PCR/ECN) and ensuring customer approvals.
- Defining program goals and communicating them to both the company and suppliers.
- Managing the program budget and monitoring costs.
- Collaboration with management and international colleagues.
- Implementing corrective and preventive actions in case of deviations.
Experience/Qualifications:
- University degree in economics or engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in project management or in an industrial team.
- Experience with budgeting and financial reporting.
- Background in a manufacturing company (automotive is a plus).
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to find efficient solutions.
- Communicative level of English – used daily.
- English is required, German is preferred, but not a dealbreaker.
- Leadership ability, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive mindset
