The North East is famed for its automotive manufacturing, being home to major OEM’s, such as Nissan and Cummins, who are responsible for producing over 508,000 vehicles altogether. The Nissan plant in Sunderland is one of the top ten most productive car plants in the world.
The North East Automotive Alliance (NEAA) is “an industry-led cluster group, established to support the economic sustainable growth and competitiveness of the sector in the North East of England.”
Jigsaw Business Group are heavily involved in the automotive sector whether it be supplying permanent or interim staff, improving our clients’ supply chain or business processes, or delivering training to improve skills within the sector and aid retention.
