Quality Policy 

This policy sets out Jigsaw Business Group  commitment to being a Company recognised for the quality provision of  Consultancy, Resource and Digital services, which are delivered, by quality staff which meets and exceeds customer expectations. 

To enable us to do this Jigsaw Business Group has developed a EHSQM Integrated Management System which allows us to continually review the risks and opportunities associated with the delivery of our contracts and improve all aspects of our business from initial negotiation, through service design and delivery to ultimately evaluating that the end result meet and exceeded our customer requirements and expectations.  

Through the development of our EHSQM Integrated Management System Audit Schedule, we can ensure that our Quality Processes develop and adapt to meet the changing needs of the business and help us in the achievement of our Quality Objectives. 

This will be achieved by working towards our agreed overall Corporate Objectives which will be determined and reviewed annually 


Management Responsibility 

Any staff of Jigsaw Business Group who may affect the quality of Jigsaw Business Groups service provision shall have their roles, responsibility, and authority clearly defined in such a way as each member of staff understands them. The responsibility and authority of all personnel are clearly defined. 

The Top Management representative responsible for ensuring that the requirements of this EHSQM Integrated Management System are implemented and maintained is the EHSQ Compliance Officer. In the absence of the EHSQ Compliance Officer, the responsibility for the administration of the EHSQM Integrated Management System lies with the Directors of Jigsaw Business Group. Top Management will ensure that copies of procedures may only be given to outside parties with the written permission of the EHSQ Compliance Officer. 

The EHSQ Compliance Officer has been given the responsibility and authority to implement the EHSQM Integrated Management System. 

EHSQ Compliance Officer is the appointed point of contact for all referrals of complaints or abuse of this policy within Jigsaw Business Group.
