Michelle is a highly organized, results-orientated recruitment researcher with over 5 years’ experience in the recruitment environment.  In previous roles Michelle has had the responsibility of setting up a whole workforce for a new start- up business, employing over 100 members of staff in less than 1 year. Michelle remembers this project in particular, as being hard work and took a lot of determination to achieve, but resulted in giving her a huge sense of achievement and created some fantastic relationships with external organizations and official bodies.
