With cross-functional, international business and general management experience across five diverse industrial sectors – including Marine, Oil, Automotive, Rail and Construction – Tim is a strategically focused individual and team player with a first-class track record of leading business activities aligned to customer service and bottom-line objectives.

Starting his career in the British Merchant Navy as an Engineering Officer, Tim progressed into the business world – holding various senior positions for major companies across the globe – honing his business skills over the past three decades.

Tim has successfully led major projects including operational improvements, business growth, high value capital projects and corporate restructures. He has had various business development, operational and corporate leadership roles. Including Vice President of Corporate Property for Johnson Controls Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia. Where he had responsibility for all real estate transactions, building related capital projects and facilities management.  Projects included the construction of a Corporate HQ, 35 Manufacturing plants and 3 test labs over a four-year period.

Prior to joining Jigsaw Business Group, Tim established his own consulting business supporting companies with business improvement and M&A projects.
