Labour warranty
The Jigsaw Business Group can send expert solar technicians to our client’s premises to fit replacement parts at short notice. This includes the removal of old and damaged parts, often from elevated positions that are exposed to the elements. Our team has the equipment and knowledge to conduct this work with minimal risk.
Performance warranty
Our warranty services include measures to ensure systems maintain operational efficiency. The level of performance can vary between suppliers. For example, a SolarEdge battery warranty lasts for 10 years and secures at least 70% efficiency. An LG solar panel warranty is a 25-year limited warranty period, with power output requirements starting at 95% and then decreasing each year from the 5th.
Product warranty
We offer support services tailored to our client’s solar PV system. This means we can provide solutions for issues that affect any number of different components. In the event a client chooses to expand the number of solar panels, or other accompanying components, we scale our warranty services for maximum customer satisfaction.
