  • With products across the UK and Ireland, the customer needed a Service Partner to assure the installation of new software, warranty and RMA replacement completed in the most professional and cost-effective way.
  • Previous experience with service providers in Europe did not hit LG targets, with aborted trips measuring at >30%

The Solution

  • Jigsaw provided complete service package which, in addition to the software upgrade and replacement of batteries, included custom clearance for new product, transportation and storage of batteries, end-customer care and digital evidence of before/after condition of the system.
  • Using the planning and execution skills from our Consultancy business we were able to design an efficient, cost-effective process to manage the campaign.
  • Utilising Jigsawsafe® digital link, the team sent pre-visit assessment surveys to end-customers thus validating the conditions of the product and access to it.
