Service: Setting up of project management framework
The Challenge
- The client faced many problems affecting their product delivery: scope management, cost creep, late deliveries and feasibility issues
- In addition, top management were only notified once things have gone wrong or escalated
The Solution
- Jigsaw embedded a senior programme manager in Eurotech to study and understand the constraints and develop a framework to be used in future projects
- Utilising a four-step approach (process mapping, project delivery, documentation, communication) our SPM worked with the client’s team to create a new Programme Management Office (PMO) framework
